Faulty Remote

Sam Bourne is chilling in his bedroom, watching some tv. Unfortunately this state of peacefulness is cut short when his roommate, Lia Linn, kicks his bedroom door open and storms in. She yells at Sam for using both the washing and drying machines, blaming him for being unable to clean her dress before a date.

In his attempt to de-escalate the situation, Sam uses the tv remote to pause his show, focusing on having a discussion with Lia. What’s strange is that the remote doesn’t seem to pause the tv. Even stranger, it pauses Lia. Realising he has the potential to freeze his attractive roommate in place, Sam has some devious actions in mind.
